As per usual, Tafts has made a product that has become a “staple” in my daily life. This blanket is soft - like REALLY soft. It reminds me of the texture of a baby blanket, or a child’s stuffed animal. This soft fabric is used for the whole blanket, not just one side which is often the case. It feels like a “comfort item,” if you know what I mean. This throw is not super thick, so I don’t feel like I’m getting too hot under it. Definitely not to be used alone to sleep with over the winter, but I’m sure it’ll be perfect for this summer on my bed.I have poor circulation, therefore I am always *always* cold. Over the past week, this blanket has followed me from the bed to my desk for work, over to my couch for evening TV, and back to bed at night. It’s perfect for this “work at home” life I’ve slipped into. Also, it helps that the throw blanket looks nice rather than an obnoxious color or pattern because occasionally it is visible in my video meetings.Overall, this is a solid throw blanket. I’d say it’s good for the price- I usually buy things like this at cheap retail stores, but this is better quality and just as affordable. In the past, Taft’s has also had great customer service, which I’m sure will extend to this product as well (although I doubt I’ll need it!). They really stand by their products, which I appreciate as someone who wants to buy high quality products once rather than replacing cheaper products.
